Help with your design

Bring your idea. We'll help with the details.

2D vs 3D

2D is best for logos, text, seals, and clean raised/recessed artwork. 3D is best for sculpted relief, mascots, faces, emblems, and dimensional detail.

Materials & Thickness

Coins and pins can be quoted in common metal bases such as zinc alloy, brass, iron, copper, bronze, stainless steel, or aluminum depending on design and budget.

Artwork Files

AI, PDF, EPS, or SVG files work best. You can also send a PNG, JPG, sketch, photo, or reference image. You don't need finished artwork to ask for help.

Proofs & Samples

You receive a digital design proof to check before your order is made. Ask about a physical sample if you want to see the detail in hand; availability, cost, and extra time depend on the project.

Questions people ask before ordering

What to know before you order.

What is the difference between soft and hard enamel?

Soft enamel has recessed color and raised metal lines. Hard enamel is filled and polished smooth for a more premium finish.

What size should I choose?

Pins are usually 1" to 1.5". Challenge coins are usually 1.75" to 2". Larger sizes work when artwork has lots of detail.

Can you make military, police, fire, or school designs?

Yes. Those are natural fits for challenge coins and lapel pins. We can quote department, unit, event, reunion, club, and school projects.

Can you do custom packaging?

Yes. Options can include individual bags, backing cards, velvet pouches, acrylic boxes, paper boxes, wood boxes, and display cases.

Can you match brand colors?

We can work from brand guides, Pantone references, or existing artwork. Final color matching depends on material and production method.

What artwork file should I send?

AI, PDF, EPS, and SVG files are best. PNG or JPG can work too, and a sketch, photo, or reference image can start the conversation.

Do I need 2D or 3D artwork?

Most logos and text work well as 2D raised/recessed art. Mascots, faces, seals, sculpted emblems, and dimensional objects may need 3D relief.

Can I request a physical sample?

Sometimes. Digital proofs are standard before production. Physical samples may be possible for complex or larger projects and can add time and cost.

How long does production take?

Timing depends on your design, quantity, and chosen options. Allow time to review your artwork before the order is made. Share your need-by date so we can confirm the schedule and check rush availability.

Will the estimate be the final price?

The instant estimate helps you plan your budget. Your final quote confirms the cost for your artwork, selected options, shipping, packaging, and delivery timing.
